BREAKFAST TUESDAY & RECIPE


INGREDIENTS
  • 4 - 6 ounce salmon fillet
  • 1 medium organic tomato, halved
  • 2  tablespoons unsalted butter
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • 4 bunches of organic bok choi (pak choi), halved
  • 4  cloves garlic, sliced

DIRECTIONS

Place salmon, tomatoes, garlic and butter, season with ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper, added bok choi about 8 minutes later. Cook until salmon is opaque throughout and tomatoes are tender. Enjoy!
