INGREDIENTS
- 4 - 6 ounce salmon fillet
- 1 medium organic tomato, halved
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 4 bunches of organic bok choi (pak choi), halved
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
DIRECTIONS
Place salmon, tomatoes, garlic and butter, season with ¾ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper, added bok choi about 8 minutes later. Cook until salmon is opaque throughout and tomatoes are tender. Enjoy!
